Half of New Zealanders have or will experience domestic violence from a romantic partner in New Zealand and We spoke to a wahine who has lived through this experience.

Half of New Zealanders will experience intimate partner violence in their lifetime. 

Marshall Islands President is one of few Pacific women in high-level leadership roles.

Shine senior adviser Rachel Kain said the rate of family violence being reported to the organisation was “at an all-time high”.

"We can’t keep doing more of what we’re doing and expect change," Professor Denise Wilson said.
