Labour candidate Kelvin Davis remains defiant despite instruction from his party to do otherwise.
Davis has launched an attack on Te Tai Tokerau MP Hone Harawira and his relationship with Kim Dotcom, despite Labour's own strategy for a positive campaign.
Kelvin Davis states, “I said all I have to say on Facebook so I'll leave it at that.”
The campaign Kelvin Davis wanted set-up, was in the form of a webpage where people could donate money if they felt similar objections towards the pair working together.
“I'm not sure where he's coming from, but what I can see from his campaign is its abusive mana diminishing and underhanded," says Hone Harawira.
According to Kelvin Davis' campaign manager in an email last month, John Key is not the opposition, that would be Hone Harawira and the fundraising strategy may even pull cash from National.
The strategy was opposed by Labour Leader, David Cunliffe given its negative tone and inconsistency with the party's own strategy.
However, last night Kelvin Davis posted his bank account number promoting that exact strategy and says he won't be pulling it down.
Harawira says, “He is seeking financial support from the opposition. He is seeking money from the opposition of both Mana and Labour.”
So more internal problems for Labour with damaged solely done to the left of the political spectrum. What is worse for the left side is David Cunliffe now ruling Internet Mana out of any Government he leads.
